Known for strong culture, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, we are seeking an experienced Foreman to join the team and play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee day-to-day site operations across a range of construction projects. This role will suit someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident managing subcontractors, programme timelines, and site safety while maintaining strong quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all onsite trades and subcontractors
  • Drive programme and ensure works are completed to schedule
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure WHS compliance
  • Monitor project progress and resolve onsite issues efficiently
  • Coordinate deliveries, materials, and site logistics
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers professionally
  • Ensure all works are completed in line with drawings and specifications
  • Maintain accurate site records and reporting

About You

  • Proven experience working as a Foreman within construction
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of WHS requirements and site safety practices
  • Trade qualification or relevant construction qualification preferred
  • Current White Card and valid driver’s licence

Project Scope

  • Projects typically range from $2M – $20M
  • Residential and commercial builds, including complex and high-quality finishes
  • Fast-paced environments requiring strong coordination and attention to detail
